THE SNOWGLOBE 1 & 2

In a frost-bitten future, the Snowglobe is humanity's last refuge against climate change. Here, "Actors" lead televised lives, offering entertainment and escapism. 16-year-old Chobam, from a distant village, has always aspired to become a Director like Cha Seol, the mastermind behind Koh Haelee, the Snowglobe's leading Actor. But everything changes when Chobam rescues the disgraced former Actor, Cho Miryu, and subsequently gets thrust into Haelee's shoes after her supposed suicide.

As Chobam navigates the relentless glare of the cameras, she discovers that Haelee is very much alive, disfigured but determined to warn Chobam of impending danger. Amidst a whirlwind of deceit, she learns of another lookalike, Bae Saerin, who was intended to replace Haelee but became a pawn in a treacherous game. When Chobam finds herself exiled to the Retirement Village, where fallen Directors endure a fate worse than the Snowglobe's populace, she resolves to unveil the truth.

Aligned with Cha Hyang, a former insider harboring her own vendetta, Chobam plans a grand revelation during the live weather broadcast, aiming to expose the secrets of the Snowglobe, the fate of the real Haelee, and the manipulations of those in power. This chilling narrative not only delves into a dystopian world but also underscores the consequences of fame and the lengths people will go to for entertainment.
