The Author:

Journalist and author Armin Langer was born in 1990 in Munich as the son of Hungarian migrants, he grew up in Vienna and in Sopron. He works as a freelance journalist for the German newspapers ZEIT Online, Tagesspiegel,  TAZ and Frankfurter Rundschau. He is a board member of the Jewish community of Sim Shalom in Budapest and coordinator of the intercultural initiative "Salaam-Shalom" in Berlin-Neukölln. 

In Autumn 2016 he published his book "Ein Jude in Neukölln: Mein Weg zum Miteinander der Religionen" (A Jew in Neukölln: My way to the coexistence of religions), Aufbau Verlag, Berlin.
